Delivery Information

Your order should arrive within five working days, but please allow seven days in case of any delays during busy periods. Please email fundraising@nnuh.nhs.uk  if you have any queries about the progress of your order.

For overseas deliveries or those to the Highlands and Islands, please call our team for full delivery charges on 01603 287107.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase/order from us for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. Within the 14-day cooling-off period we will be happy to exchange or refund any item once we have received the items returned in a fully re-saleable condition.

If you receive damaged products or we send a product in error, we will be happy to offer you a replacement or full refund.
